Responsibilities
Working with engineering team to develop preliminary and final design bridge plans and details. Detailing of structural elements, including concrete reinforcement and steel connections. Using Micro Station, Auto CAD, and 3 D modeling software to develop bridge and Infrastructure plans. Participating in design reviews to evaluate design concepts and make
recommendations. Producing reinforcement barlists, engineering reports, models, exhibits, etc. Assisting Designers and Engineers with QA/QC reviews of drawing packages. Setting up project workspaces and drawing templates.



5+ years’ experience in CAD production of bridge and Infrastructure designs and plan sets (project leadership experience a plus but not mandatory) General knowledge of engineering principles and structural materials. General knowledge of MDOC-CFE, IMCA, IMT, SCT, AASHTO LRFD, AISC, ACI, and other Mexican and North American design codes and standards related with the industry. Strong background in bridge design, construction methods and prestressing/post-tensioning. Must be highly proficient with Micro Station or Auto CAD; both preferred. Basic skills in Microsoft Office products, Bluebeam and Project Wise. Knowledge of 3 D modeling required, advanced skills preferred. Intermediate English B1-B2
