We are looking for a skilled
Hub Spot Developer
to join our team and play a key role in building and maintaining web experiences within Hub Spot and other CMS platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing, UX/UI, and development teams to implement custom modules, templates, and integrations that support marketing automation, lead generation, and customer engagement strategies. This is a full-time,
remote position for candidates based in Mexico.
Responsibilities: Develop and customize responsive websites, templates, and landing pages using Hub Spot CMS. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate mockups and wireframes into functional, accessible web interfaces. Build reusable components and front-end modules using HTML5, CSS3 (SASS/LESS), and Java Script (ES6+), with experience in frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular. Work with Hub Spot CRM to build workflows, automate marketing tasks, and integrate forms or data-driven components. Extend backend functionality using Node.js and build/consume RESTful APIs. Manage code versioning and collaboration using Git. Ensure all deliverables meet Web Accessibility Standards (WCAG) by testing with tools like Lighthouse, WAVE, and screen readers. Troubleshoot and optimize performance across all devices and platforms. Collaborate with marketing and tech teams to support ongoing digital campaigns and initiatives.
Requirements
Proven experience with Hub Spot CMS and Hub L templating language (strongly preferred). Solid frontend development skills: HTML5, CSS3,



CSS preprocessors (SASS/LESS), and modern Java Script (ES6+). Familiarity with popular Java Script frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular. Hands-on experience with Node.js or Ro R for backend logic and API integration. Strong understanding of CRM systems, data structures, and marketing automation workflows. Proficiency in Git and collaborative development practices. In-depth knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and ability to implement and test for compliance. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
