Eatonu2019s IS VEH VGNA division is currently seeking a Sr Program Manager (Level II). Eaton announced, on January 26, 2026, the intent to separate its Mobility Group (including both the Vehicle and e Mobility segments) into an independent, publicly traded company. We expect to complete the separation by the end of the first quarter of 2027. The compensation and benefits that will initially be offered for this position are based on Eatonu0027s plans, programs and practices. If you are offered and accept this position and are actively employed by the Mobility Group when the spinoff closes, the new company will provide further details to employees concerning compensation and benefits at that time. ## What youu2019ll do: PRIMARY FUNCTION:
A. Responsible for the successful execution and implementation of the NPD Program(s) and projects and their budget allocation. Lead the Product Team(s) to drive customer satisfaction, continuous improvement and life of the program financial performance by managing customer programs, contracts, and business relationships.
B. Participates as a key member of plant manageru2019s staff in all critical decisions impacting facility.
