Remote- Mexico **PLEASE SUBIMT RESUMES IN ENGLISH** We are seeking a hands-on Lead Accountant to add to our global accounting team. This role will work with our US finance team based out of Massachusetts, USA, In addition to handling the USA general ledger close process, this position will be a key member of the team working on technical accounting, preparation of consolidated financials in Net Suite and managing transfer pricing with foreign subsidiaries. We are looking for a CPA with 7-10 years of experience, preferably in an international Saa S technology corporation with experience working with Revenue Recognition. Responsibilities:



Prepare reconciliations for monthly and yearly General Ledger close Prepare monthly general consolidated financials with assistance from Corporate Controller and foreign subsidiaries Assist in the preparation of financial reporting packages and corporate income tax returns Assist with technical accounting research and implementation as needed Assist with software implementation (Net Suite or other software) and potential acquisition accounting as company continues to grow Other ad hoc projects as requested by CFO and Corporate Controller
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Public accounting experience required; CPA in USA or Certificado from the Instituto Mexicano de Contadores Públicos preferred (active or inactive) 7+ years of accounting experience, preferably at a Saa S company Knowledge of US GAAP accounting and taxes (payroll, sales tax and multi-state corporate income taxes) Advanced excel skills, experience closing month end periods in accounting software system Hands-on experience with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
