Técnico de Procesamiento de Semillas Your task and Responsabilities: Supervise seed inventory and distribution processes, ensuring full trackability and the highest quality of seed, focused on efficiency. Communicate and proactively participate in meetings, emails, and projects of internal customers as well as stakeholders. Create, update and share the KPIs, reports, staff attendance and highlights on a daily and weekly basis as needed. Responsible for people supervising and monitoring the activities, ensuring their safety, proper training and attendance. Adopt and promote a safety culture within the team, implementing practices and procedures that results in full compliance with Bayer QHSE, Vehicle Safety, FCPA, and Administrative Policies. Follow up on the maintenance and installation that the equipment operations require. Who you are: BS +2 years’ experience. English: Basic-intermedium
