Job Description
Reporting to the Paid Social Director, the Paid Social Executive will play a key role within our Paid Media capability. Jellyfish takes pride in its general client portfolio and proprietary technology, which set us apart in the digital marketing landscape. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day management and optimization of paid social campaigns for major clients, with a strong focus on
performance marketing , revenue growth, and budget efficiency. This role also requires strong
client-facing
skills, as you'll work closely with internal stakeholders and client service teams to ensure smooth execution and communication. Daily management of digital paid social campaigns across platforms (Meta, Tik Tok, Linked In, etc.), with a focus on driving performance, revenue, and ROI within client budget constraints. End-to-end campaign implementation,



from basic to advanced setups, including participation in internal campaign validations and audits. Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve implementation, targeting, creative, or bidding strategies to enhance results. Support measurement efforts and identify areas of poor setup or optimization gaps, especially on performance-focused campaigns (conversion, lead generation, e Commerce, branding). Collaborate with internal media, creative, and client service teams to ensure proper and timely campaign execution. Communicate campaign insights and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum of
2 years of hands-on experience
managing paid social campaigns (Meta, Tik Tok, Linked In at minimum). Proven experience in
performance marketing : e Commerce, lead generation, conversion campaigns, and branding. Comfortable interacting with clients and internal stakeholders;
client-facing experience is highly desirable. Meta Media Buying certification (preferred). Knowledge of Twitter (X), Pinterest (desirable). Familiarity with analytics platforms such as
GA4 ,
Adobe Analytics , or
Appsflyer
