We are looking for a
BIM Architect with strong Revit skills and experience in hospitality and interior design projects
to join our Mexico City team.
You will work on international projects, developing coordinated BIM models and high-quality construction documentation in collaboration with architects, interior designers, and multidisciplinary teams.
What you'll do
Develop and manage
Revit models (LOD *******)
for hospitality interior design projects.
Produce coordinated
construction documentation
, including plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
Manage Revit models and files, ensuring proper version control and compliance with BIM standards.
Support the development and implementation of
BIM Execution Plans (BEP)
.
Coordinate BIM information with architects, interior designers, and multidisciplinary teams.
Provide technical guidance and Revit support throughout all project phases.
Adapt BIM workflows and standards to different clients, regions, and project requirements.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in
Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
, or equivalent professional experience.




3–5 years of hands-on professional experience with Revit
in an architecture or interior design firm.
Proven experience in
hospitality/hotel and residential projects
.
Advanced English proficiency
, both written and spoken.
Strong portfolio demonstrating
Revit modeling, detailing, and construction documentation
.
Solid understanding of interior design principles, construction detailing, and multidisciplinary coordination.
Advanced Revit proficiency
.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency.
A plus:
Experience with:
International projects in the
U.S., LATAM, or UAE
.
IBC and NFPA codes
.
Large-scale and complex BIM models.
Autodesk Construction Cloud or Procore
.
Rendering tools such as
Enscape or Twinmotion
.
Complementary software including
AutoCAD, SketchUp, Vectorworks, or Bluebeam
.
Sustainable design practices and their integration into BIM workflows.
