Job Summary
El Técnico de facilities (Oficinas HPE Toluquilla) ubicado en Guadalajara Norte. Mantenimiento y mejoramiento en edificios.
Aquí hay algunos ejemplos de las actividades que estarás realizando:
Mantenimientos y mejoramiento en edificios y parque industrial
Áreas de mejores condiciones, así como visuales de albañilería, pintura, Tablaroca y plafón
Realizar trabajos de fontanería en general
Instalaciones eléctricas e hidráulicas, materiales y equipos
Colaborar en la instalación y puesta en marcha de nuevos equipos
Seguimiento de los procesos correspondientes, regular los servicios de acuerdo con los parámetros establecidos
Habilidades indispensables para el rol
Carrera técnica terminada en electricidad industrial o a fin
Conocimientos Cancelería, aluminio y cristales
Manejo de herramientas de impacto y menores
Disponibilidad de horario
