Role SummaryWe are looking for a Business Process & Integration Engineer (Immediate Start – Mexico-based or LATAM) to translate business needs into technical solutions and own delivery end-to-end, including design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.This is a fast-track hiring role (2–3 days turnaround) for candidates who are available immediately or within 1 week.The role focuses on workflow automation, data integration, APIs, ETL, and enterprise systems, with emphasis on Azure, Snowflake, Python, SAP CPI, and data engineering.Experience with Regrello/Blueprints is a plus, but not required.
Other workflow automation tools are welcome.Key ResponsibilitiesGather and analyze business requirements and identify automation opportunitiesTranslate requirements into technical solutions quickly and independentlyDesign, build, test, and deploy workflows and integrationsDevelop and maintain automation solutions with minimal supervisionBuild integrations using APIs, ETL,



and enterprise toolsSupport testing (unit, integration, UAT) and fix defects quicklyTroubleshoot production issues in a fast-paced environmentCreate technical and process documentationOwn solutions end-to-end with high autonomyRequired Skills & Experience 3+ years experience in workflow automation, integration, or data engineeringHands-on experience with Azure (Data Factory, Functions, integrations)Strong experience with Snowflake (data pipelines, warehousing)Strong Python for automation and data processingExperience with APIs, REST, ETL, system integrationsExperience with SAP CPI (mandatory or strong equivalent integration tool experience)Full SDLC experience (build, test, deploy, support)Strong analytical and communication skillsAbility to work independently and deliver quickly
