✔️ Contact potential clients via phone, email, or messaging to set appointments ✔️ Listen actively and reassure with empathy ✔️ Manage and update calendars accurately ✔️ Keep clear records of conversations and follow-ups ✔️ Adapt quickly to new tools, scripts, and processes ✔️ Work with multiple clients, each with unique systems and needs What We’re Looking For
