Service Now Developer : Responsibilities: Configure and customize
Service Now applications, ensuring alignment with organizational workflows and business requirements. Develop complex automation
using
Flow Designer




and the legacy Workflow Editor to streamline business processes. Implement Service Now scripting , including
Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions. Design and maintain integrations
between Service Now and external systems to ensure seamless data flow. Optimize platform architecture
across various modules to enhance system performance and user experience. Requirements: Deep understanding of Service Now architecture
and platform-best practices. Hands-on expertise in core modules
such as
ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, and CSM. Proficiency in Service Now scripting
languages (Java Script-based) and platform-specific APIs. Proven experience
in building and managing technical
integrations and workflows. Advanced knowledge
of the
Service Now Flow Designer
