Role Overview: We are seeking a Service Now Developer specialized in Agentic AI to design, build, and maintain intelligent workflows and AI-powered solutions. This role will focus on creating AI agents for ITSM, CSM, and other business areas, leveraging Service Now’s AI Agent Studio, AI Orchestrator, and advanced AI technologies such as LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG. The adecuado candidate combines strong technical expertise in Service Now with hands-on AI/ML experience to deliver scalable and innovative enterprise solutions. Key Responsibilities: · Design and implement intelligent workflows and applications using Service Now’s Agentic AI framework. · Build and maintain integrations with APIs (REST/SOAP), external systems, and data sources through Integration Hub. · Leverage LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG frameworks (e.g., Lang Chain, Llama Index) to enhance AI agent performance. · Ensure workflows and AI agents comply with ITIL best practices, security standards, and data privacy regulations. · Continuously monitor, evaluate, and optimize the accuracy and efficiency of AI-driven workflows. · Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and developers to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions. · Document processes, configurations, and AI solutions for operational transparency and knowledge sharing.




Requirements: · 5–7 years of hands-on software development and Service Now development experience with a focus on AI integration. · Strong proficiency in Java Script, Business Rules, UI Policies, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Virtual Agent within Service Now. · 3–5 years of experience with Agentic AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG frameworks, and vector databases. · Proven experience with AI/ML models applied to predictive analytics and risk-based decision-making. · Strong knowledge of Workflow Data Fabric and Raptor DB (required). · Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. · Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex enterprise systems. · Experience with Service Now ITSM and CSM modules (preferred). · excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in cross-functional environments. About the Position: · Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Mexico City Time). · Location: 100% Remote.
