Provide direction and manage day to day functions of the Eaton Care Commercial Finance Center located in Queretaro, Mexico. This position must also work closely with support management in the various Eaton Care support locations for Electrical and Industrial Sector

Job Responsibilities
u2022 Lead day to day activities within the Eaton Care Service Center team of Commercial Finance employees.
u2022 Develop effective relationship with USA team that theyu2019re supporting
u2022 Drive productivity within the group by utilizing electronic tools to support efficient and profitable business growth
u2022 Driving the team to have quality interactions with customers, stakeholders and US counterparts to drive long term business growth
u2022 Develop, and retain top quality Commercial Finance employees, who excel at providing customer value through the execution of the rebate and commercial accounting processes, commercial savvy, and effective relationship building with customers
u2022 Gain a deep understanding of the businesses supported so that this position becomes the escalation point for the team
u2022 Training employees and coordinating training for employees on the essential functions of the position
u2022 Provide commercial finance enablement and analytical support to sales teams and channel partners to drive profitable growth.
u2022 Set expectations for the team
u2022 Communicate with the customers as necessary
u2022 Other duties, projects as assigned.
u2022 Participate in and provide leadership for local and divisional commercial finance initiatives and projects.
u2022 Maintain knowledge of current trends, tools, and methodologies that support commercial finance effectiveness and business results.




u2022 Represent commercial finance perspectives in crossu2011functional forums and initiatives.
u2022 Monitor active commercial initiatives to ensure deliverables are completed on time, required activities are executed, and performance objectives are met.
u2022 Demonstrate strong understanding of the commercial sales process and how financial insights support effective business decisions.

u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a closely related field

Years and area of experience required
u2022 Minimum 3 years manager of people experience
u2022 5u20137 years of progressive experience in Finance, Commercial Finance, or closely related business

Technical knowledge
u2022 High Ability to speak, write, and read English (100% English fluency)
u2022 Project management skill to lead and work in matrix project teams and deal with multiple stakeholders
