Quality Assurance Specialist
with experience to join our team in Querétaro. This role will work in a dynamic environment and closely collaborate with all the department. Work Shift :
Monday - Saturday 8:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m Responsibilities: Monitor and evaluate logistics and transportation operations to ensure compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and applicable Mexican regulations (e.g., SCT, NOMs). Conduct regular audits and inspections of transport units, distribution centers, and operational processes. Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures.
Investigate operational incidents, customer complaints, and non-conformities, and propose corrective and preventive actions. Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and safety teams to improve service quality and operational efficiency. Track key quality indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for management. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and regulatory compliance across the organization. Ensure adherence to national road safety, environmental, and transportation regulations (e.g., NOM-012-SCT, NOM-087-SCT). Train staff on quality protocols, best practices, and relevant regulations.
