The role leads and develops the regional distributor network, ensuring outstanding execution at the point of sale, expansion of numeric and weighted distribution, and achievement of commercial objectives while strengthening customer relationships and maximizing brand presence.The position acts as the key commercial link between Wahl Mexico and its distributors, ensuring flawless execution of sales strategies, promotional initiatives, merchandising standards, and customer development plans.Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business DevelopmentDeliver sales, profitability, and distribution objectives for the assigned territory.Develop annual business plans with distributors aligned with company objectives.Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.Drive sell-in and sell-out initiatives to maximize market penetration.Monitor territory performance and implement corrective action plans when necessary. Distributor ManagementBuild strong partnerships with distributors, beauty chains and key wholesalers.Conduct regular business reviews to evaluate performance and identify growth opportunities.Ensure distributors maintain appropriate inventory levels and service standards.Negotiate commercial agreements, promotional plans, and investment priorities. Market Execution ExcellenceEnsure execution of merchandising standards and promotional activities.Increase product availability and visibility across all Traditional Trade channels.Monitor pricing compliance and competitive activity.Improve execution quality through regular market visits and coaching.



Customer DevelopmentSupport distributors in acquiring new customers and increasing customer retention.Identify regional growth opportunities by channel, business line, geography, and customer segment.Lead customer negotiations within approved commercial guidelines. Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Marketing to execute trade marketing initiatives.Coordinate with Supply Chain to improve product availability and service levels.Partner with Finance to monitor customer profitability and commercial investments.Collaborate with Customer Service to resolve distributor issues promptly.
