Description This role is responsible for the full operation of the denim plant, including weaving, indigo dyeing, and finishing, ensuring consistent quality, operational efficiency, and alignment with customer expectations. Key Responsibilities: Oversee weaving, dyeing (indigo), finishing, and logistics and ensure denim fabrics meet performance and aesthetic standards Ensure bulk production follows approved standards and wash expectations, minimize shade variation and inconsistencies Collaborate with Quality and Development on approvals. Drive continuous improvement initiatives Optimize production flow, capacity and manage cost structure and waste reduction Partner with Sales and Development on new programs to ensure smooth transition from development to production
