Client Success Manager (Remote) – LionHead Digital Type: Full Time | Remote
3+ years of digital marketing experience in a client-facing role (agency preferred).
# Proven experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client communication.
# Strong organization, project management, and time management skills.

As a Client Success Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact between our internal team and our clients.
You'll own client relationships end-to-end, managing communication, timelines, deliverables, and performance. This role requires someone who can balance client success, project management, and marketing insight while ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

You're a self-starter who pushes projects forward without constant oversight
Proactively manage expectations around timelines, deliverables, and performance.




Client Retention & Relationship Management
Reporting & Analysis
Run and review monthly reports (SEO, PPC, ROI)
Present data-driven insights (cost per lead, channel performance, etc.)
Project Management
Manage tasks and workflows in ClickUp
Ensure projects stay on track and meet deadlines
Partner with SEO, Dev, Design, and leadership teams
Ensure proper access to tools (Google Analytics, GSC, etc.).
On-time delivery of projects and campaigns.
Quality and accuracy of reporting.
3+ years in digital marketing (client-facing role preferred)
~ Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing metrics

Fluent English — written and spoken
