As a Supervisor, Accounts Payable at ICON, you will oversee the accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.

What You Will Do:

You will oversee accounting and financial operations workstreams, ensuring deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.

Key responsibilities include:
Supervising and managing the accounts payable team, ensuring efficient processing of invoices, payments, and reconciliations in accordance with company policies.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies, enhance processes, and ensure timely payments to vendors and suppliers.
Implementing and monitoring internal controls to maintain compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.
Providing training and mentorship to team members, promoting professional development and a culture of continuous improvement.
Analyzing accounts payable metrics and reports to identify trends, areas for improvement, and strategies to enhance operational efficiency.

Your Profile:

You will have solid accounting and financial operations experience, with the ability to manage competing priorities and develop your team.

Required qualifications and experience:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting,



business administration, or a related field.
Significant experience in accounts payable or financial operations, preferably within a corporate or clinical research environment.
Strong leadership skills, with experience managing teams and driving process improvements.
Experience leading and developing team members.
Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, with a solid understanding of financial regulations and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across departments.
