and collaboration.Partner with regional and global stakeholders to align priorities and maximize business impact.Leverage market dynamics, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities.RequirementsMandatory experience within the pharmaceutical industry.Extensive commercial leadership experience with increasing levels of responsibility.Proven success leadingnew product launches.Experience inNeuroscience, CNS, or Specialty Carestrongly preferred.Demonstrated P&L; and cross-functional leadership experience.Strong knowledge of the Mexican pharmaceutical market.Advanced English proficiency required.The ideal candidate will bring astrategic mindset, strong business acumen, executive presence, and exceptional people leadership skills, combined with the ability to navigate complexity and drive organizational change.
