The Regional sales manager is responsible for driving sales performance across assigned dealerships, ensuring the achievement of monthly and annual targets while building strong partnerships with dealer management teams. This role serves as the primary link between the company and the dealer network, supporting commercial operations, inventory management, customer satisfaction, and business development initiatives.
Develop, implement, and monitor sales strategies to achieve business objectives and sales targets.
Monitor daily sales activities, retail performance, and pipeline development.
Ensure healthy inventory levels and proper vehicle mix according to market demand.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to maximize sales opportunities.
Conduct regular dealership visits to review operations, processes, and performance indicators.
Track and improve dealership SSI (Sales Satisfaction Index) results.
Collaborate with dealer management teams to align commercial strategies and business goals.
Prepare and present sales performance reports, forecasts,



and improvement plans.
Support launches, sales campaigns, and promotional activities within the dealer network.
Identify operational challenges and drive corrective actions to improve performance.

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Economics, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive sales, dealer operations, retail sales management, or business development.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Experience working directly with dealers, distributors, or commercial partners is highly preferred.
Advanced Excel skills.
PowerPoint for presentations and data reporting.
Strong analytical and sales performance management skills.

Fluent English (written and spoken).

Results-oriented mindset with a strong commercial focus.
Ability to analyze data and make business-driven decisions.
Strong organizational and planning capabilities.
