Job description Position Summary The Client Director (Mexico City) is responsible for driving new business and expanding strategic accounts for Core X, a Service Now Elite Partner. This role focuses on cultivating and leveraging relationships within the Service Now ecosystem to identify opportunities, close large-scale enterprise deals, and accelerate Core X’s growth in Mexico City. The ideal candidate is a high-performing sales professional with a proven track record of exceeding quotas, building strong relationships, and successfully selling complex Service Now solutions and services. This is a remote position; candidates must be based in Mexico City and have prior experience selling across the territory. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue goals within Mexico City territory Leverage established relationships with Service Now sales teams, solution consultants, and ecosystem partners to generate and advance opportunities. Identify, develop, and close new enterprise accounts, focusing on multi-year, high-value engagements. Drive account growth by expanding services within existing customer accounts. Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that articulate Core X’s value proposition and differentiation. Collaborate with internal teams (delivery, solutions, marketing) to ensure seamless execution of sales opportunities. Stay informed on Service Now product offerings, ecosystem developments, and industry trends to effectively position Core X’s services. Accurately forecast pipeline, report on activity, and maintain CRM records. Represent Core X at regional events, trade shows, and customer meetings as needed.
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Experience: 7+ years of enterprise sales experience, with a minimum of 3 years selling Service Now solutions. Demonstrated success meeting and exceeding $3 M+ annual quotas in professional services. Existing relationships within the Service Now ecosystem (sales, alliances, and partner teams). Proven ability to develop, negotiate, and close complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals. Experience working with or for Service Now Elite or Integral Elite partners is a plus. Skills & Competencies: Deep understanding of Service Now solutions and how to position them to meet customer needs. Exceptional relationship-building, networking, and consultative selling skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities, including with executive-level stakeholders (CIO, CTO, VP). Ability to work independently, develop territory plans, and manage multiple high-value opportunities simultaneously. Strong business acumen, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. High level of motivation, resilience, and a results-driven mindset.
