Senior Operations Program Manager

Full time / Remote, supporting a US-based company and global operations.
This is a chief-of-staff-style program management (PMO) seat working directly with the SVP of Operations.
Fluent English, written and spoken.
~5+ years of experience in operations, program management, project management, or senior operational support.
~ Exposure to supply chain, logistics, sourcing, manufacturing, ecommerce operations, or similar operational workflows.
~ Valid US visa and willingness to travel to the US occasionally.

Fourthwall is looking for a Senior Program Manager, Operations to work directly with the SVP of Operations as an operational right hand. It sits at the intersection of operations, project management, leadership support, and systems thinking.
You will help create structure around a fast-moving operations function as Fourthwall scales its supply chain, supplier network, product categories,



and larger B2B partnerships. Your role is to make sure the details, follow-ups, project plans, and operating cadence keep pace.
Own the operating rhythm for the SVP of Operations, including priorities, follow-ups, action items, project trackers, meeting notes, and decision logs.
Build and maintain clear trackers, workflows, status updates, and project plans so leadership has visibility into what is moving, stuck, or at risk.
Occasionally support travel, onsite meetings, or special projects in the US or internationally.
You communicate clearly and professionally in written and spoken English.
You have a systems mindset: you can zoom into the details, then zoom out to understand how the full workflow should function.
You are comfortable working with senior leaders and adapting to their working style.
Experience in ecommerce, creator commerce, consumer products, marketplaces, logistics, manufacturing, 3PL, or supply chain operations.
Experience supporting or partnering closely with an operations executive, founder, GM, or senior leader.
Experience with supplier management, sourcing workflows, procurement, or operational reporting.
You will work directly with a senior operations leader at a fast-growing company powering commerce for some of the biggest creators on the internet. Fourthwall's operations team is lean, integral, and high-impact.
