We're Hiring | Junior Accounts Payable Analyst / Junior Accountant
Are you an Accounts Payable or Finance professional looking for your next opportunity?
We're looking for a Junior AP professional to join a dynamic team supporting Americas operations.
What you'll do:
• Support Accounts Payable and P2 P processes
• Manage invoices, vendor interactions, payments and reconciliations
• Support escalations and resolve transaction-related issues
• Participate in process improvement initiatives
• Analyze AP data, trends and performance metrics
• Support financial controls, compliance and month-end close activities
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement and other stakeholders
What we're looking for:
• Bachelor's degreecompletedin Accounting, Finance, Business or related field
•2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or accounting operations
• Experience with invoices, vendors, payments and reconciliations
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Understanding of financial controls and accounting principles
•Advanced English – C1 level, written and verbal
• Experience in P2 P / Shared Services is a plus
• Oracle Cloud AP, Power BI or Tableau are desirable
