Company Description**Job Description**:SUMMARY: The Trade Compliance Specialist assists management in the initiatives, processes and policies to ensure global compliance to Import/Export law and regulations, in accordance with the Company's Trade Compliance Policy- Audit, track & trend import broker performance.
- Classify imported and exported goods as required.
- Address day-to-day compliance matters.
- Partner with group business leaders to review raw material and equipment sources, customer locations, product development and production location changes, and develop business specific trade strategies to improve trade compliance.
- Identify and communicate major trade issues, customs legal decisions, programs and procedures to management and legal counsel.
- Determine strategies to reduce annual duties and tariffs,
and lead participation in programs**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Fluent in English, conversational.
- 4 - 5 years import/export regulatory operations.
- Must have proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence change in a complex, multi-level -organization.
- Export compliance knowledge.
- Strong communication skills with business partners in all- Knowledge in:- Anexo 22 de las RGCE.
- IMMEX- Anexo 24.- F4 ́s y F5 ́s.
