- Coordinate quality matters related to customer quality such as product complaint, customer claim (with Finance), 8D report evaluation andsubmission, follow-up to assess the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.
- Leads problem solving and continuous improvement projects- Provide internal production quality support related to issue resolution, product quality/risk assessment and product disposition- Provide plant quality support and representation in new product development, specification reviews and approvals, scale up, designtransfer, facility validation activities, and the establishment and maintenance of quality control standards- Working cross-functionally, maintain Process Flow Diagrams, Process FMEAs, and Control Plans- Provide assistance in the QA lab to perform product measuring and testing if required- Ability to work across functional boundaries and interface with these business disciplines in a significant manner - laboratory,manufacturing, engineering, sales, and marketing functions as needed to carry out assignments- Manage training programs in QMS areas, as required- Conducts quality audits for the QMS, products, processes, and if required suppliers- Develop systemic improvements to the plant quality system- Provide input into the development and maintenance of the Site Business(Quality) Management SystemIATF & Intergraded Management System (IMS) Responsibility:Implement IATF certification; Maintenance control and development of the system along with our current ISOcertifications.As member of the top management team for the IMS, fulfill the following duties with a specific focus on IMSPerformance, Organizational
