RESPONSIBILITIES:- Analysis of compensation packages and bonus programs that align with the company's strategic plan- Ensure salaries and benefits comply with internal range established and regional market- Identify trends and implement new practices to engage and motivate employees- Renew our compensation plans with monetary and non-monetary benefits based on employee needs- Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of employee benefit programs- Track compensation and benefits benchmarking data- Keep track of prevailing pay rates and make sure we offer competitive compensation plans- Update human resources information systems, including system modules - Compensation, Benefits, Open Enrollment, Life Events, recruiting, onboarding, talent management, etc.- Develop and monitor dashboards, metrics, automated data feeds and reportingREQUIREMENTS:- Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources or related, Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years in HRIS management- 2+ years of experience in payroll and benefits administration- Automotive industry or related industry a plus- Working understanding of talent management systems
