Use your expertise as a Maintenance Engineer to maintain and sustain manufacturing equipment and/or Honeywell building systems and components.You will provide support and leadership not only as it relates to understanding of the manufacturing equipment, but also a deeper understanding of operating principles and respective processes.You will provide direction to a group of highly committed professionals who provide expertise and ensure the success of maintenance engineering projects, programs and manufacturing equipment.
**Key Responsibilities**- 8-10 years of experience as a supervisor or similar roles.
- Experience in developing procedures, instructions, formats, administrative processes of the maintenance department from scratch until their maturation.
- Experience in managing the assignment of maintenance plans for critical equipment.
- Experience in organizing productive equipment, classifying them, assigning a list of spare parts, quoting, registering in the system, and generating internal processes to maintain them.
- Experience in internal/external maintenance audits.
- Experience in autonomous, preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance strategies.
- Generation of indicators and administration of them: MTBF, MTTR, OEE, UP TIME.
- Shift availability.




- Experience in Root Cause Analysis.ability to analyze failures, data trends, etc.- Green belt / Black belt- Experience in generating maintenance instructions, check lists, plans, etc.- Oversee equipment installation and maintenance.
- Oversee equipment upgrade and modification.
- Increase uptime.
- Lead studies of equipment performance.
- Develop technical solutions.
- Define preventative maintenance schedules.
- Maintain equipment records.
- Mentor maintenance engineering staff.
- intermediate level of English.
- VISA and Valid Passport.
