RESPONSIBILITIES
What will you do in this role
As a Bilingual Customer Service Agent, you will
Provide personalized, highquality customer service in English and Spanish.
Actively listen to customers and resolve inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
Provide clear and accurate information while supporting customer needs.
Focus on delivering a positive customer experience from the first interaction.
Manage multiple tasks while maintaining service quality and attention to detail.
QUALIFICATIONS
What are we looking for
English proficiency B2 C1 spoken and written.
Completed high school diploma.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet tools.
Ability to type at least 25 words per minute with 90 accuracy.
Customer service or Call Center experience is preferred.
Availability to work 100 Home Office with versátil rotating schedules.
Must be 18 years or older.
Complete employment documentation, including CURP, NSS, RFC Tax Certificate, and any other required documents.
Must reside in Aguascalientes.
