**Responsibilities**:- Oversee all financial aspects of the company, including financial planning, budgeting, and financial reporting- Work alongside the CFO and provide guidance and support to team members- Maintain financial models, forecasts, budgets, month end closes and consolidated financial statements- Analyze financial data and provide insights to the CFO- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations- Manage and prepare consolidated multi entity financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals are aligned with business objectives- Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process improvements**Requirements**:- 4-5 years of public accounting experience, preferably with a Big 4 firm- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting- Excellent analytical, problem-solving,
