- You directly manage, coach, and develop the People Relations Manager and the Support Office Experience Specialists- Utilize your HR Business Partner mindset by strategically partnering with business leaders to effectively implement the H&M; people plan- Together with the Sales Market team and Area HR Managers, you follow up & evaluate HR KPI's & initiate clear action plans- Maintain an overview of the specific colleague related challenges in your Sales market, including political, environmental, and competitor-related complexities and develop strategies to navigate these challenges- You play a key role in leading change initiatives, supporting colleagues to adapt to changes through effective communication and support- You support the Sales Market and Area teams in developing,
