including account reconciliations- Prepare and prepare yearly financial targetPerfil buscadoA successful Senior Financial Analyst should have:- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent- Strong Excel skills for financial modeling are a must- Desire to be in the plant/on the manufacturing floor on a daily basis- Well grounded in ERP systems and financial reporting tools- Ability to work cross functionally and an ability to influence at all levels within the organization- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast paced, quickly changing environment- Highly motivated, self-aware, collaborative, and responsive- Cost Accounting Experience- Good communication skills with an ability to explain complex issues in an understandable way; English >80% written and verbalQué Ofrecemos- Competitive salary and superior benefits.
