**End-to-End Video Production**- Handle daily shooting and editing, proficient in using various filming tools.
- Participate in short video script planning and provide creative shot suggestions.
- Assist in managing TikTok accounts, including but not limited to account operations and video posting.2.
**Content & Trend Management**- Efficiently shoot original footage and build a categorized content library for the Shenzhen team's editing and secondary creation.
- Monitor general beauty trends and compile trending topics for creative reference.3.




**Creative Content Development**- Analyze trending videos from competitor accounts to refine video creation strategies.
- Design new content formats based on trends to enhance video virality.4.
**Other Tasks**- Respond promptly to urgent shooting/editing requests.
**Requirements**:✔ Proficiency in editing tools like CapCut or others, with basic filming skills and a passion for short videos.
✔ Knowledge of beauty trends and strong internet sensibility.
✔ Ability to replicate trending content while innovating, with copywriting that resonates with audiences.
