- 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition activities.
- Upper intermediate English level.
- Customer service; negotiation; communication, organized.
**Activities**- Conduct in-person and remote interviews while building the value of the brand utilizing various interview techniques (Competency & Behavioral based interviews)- Preform English level assessments utilizing the Common European Framework for the Reference of Languages- Compliance with the operative hiring requirements and overall objectives of the area- Follow-up with the internal transfer of operative personnel- Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills and experience to best suit open positions- Send the consent forms to our internal and external clients and meet the deadlines required by the clients.
