We have been in the business of contracting people to work from home since 2014. We are currently in search of a Sales Advisor to join our team and support our client.

Position Overview

In this role, you will be making outbound calls to potential customers that expressed interest in purchasing a vehicle at an auto dealership. The goal is to turn those inquiries into sales appointments for our onsite dealership sales consultants. This role offers a competitive base pay plus a monthly performance-based incentive.

The adecuado candidate is confident on the phone, enjoys talking with people, and has a natural ability to build rapport, identify customer needs, overcome objections, and move conversations toward the next step. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys sales and wants to work with customers who have already shown an interest in purchasing a vehicle.

Key Responsibilities

- Make a high volume of outbound calls to customers who have submitted inquiries or expressed interest in purchasing a vehicle.
- Follow up with leads in a timely and consistent manner.
- Determine the customer's vehicle preferences, needs, budget, and purchasing timeline.
- Answer basic questions about vehicles,



availability, pricing, financing, and the purchasing process.
- Generate qualified appointments for the dealership's sales team.
- Work to convert phone conversations into dealership visits and vehicle purchases.
- Follow up with customers who do not immediately schedule an appointment.
- Accurately document customer interactions, follow-up activity, and appointment information in the dealership's CRM.
- Meet or exceed established call, appointment, conversion, and sales goals.

What We’re Looking For:

- 1 year of sales experience in a voice role
- Excellent English and Spanish communication (spoken & written)
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Comfortable making frequent outbound calls
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Work Details:

- Full-time (40 hours/week), 5 days on, 2 rotational days off
- Schedule: Approximate start time ranges from 9am to 11am US CST
- Competitive base pay
- Permanent work-from-home

Home office Requirements:

- Stable hardwired internet connection
- Intel i5 (8th Gen+) or AMD Ryzen 5 (3000+)
- Minimum 8GB RAM (16GB preferred)
- Windows 11 (Mac not allowed)
