Key Responsibilities

- Perform system-level testing and validation for automotive systems.
- Develop and execute test cases and test scripts for HIL environments.
- Configure, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain HIL test systems.
- Perform automated testing using NI TestStand, AutomationDesk, ECU-Test , or similar tools.
- Develop and debug automation scripts for testing and validation.
- Analyze test results, identify issues, and support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
- Work with automotive communication protocols including CAN, OBD, J1939, and UDS .
- Collaborate with software, hardware, and systems engineering teams to resolve test-related issues.
- Support test documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement of testing processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in automotive testing or system validation.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering , or a related field.




- Strong automotive domain experience with system testing .
- Hands-on experience with HIL systems and troubleshooting.
- Experience with HIL platforms/tools such as NI, dSPACE, Vector, or ETAS .
- Hands-on experience with NI TestStand, AutomationDesk, ECU-Test , or similar test automation tools.
- Good understanding of test automation scripting and debugging .
- Knowledge of CAN, OBD, J1939, and UDS protocols.
- Powertrain testing/validation experience is an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

- Experience working with automotive OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers .
- Knowledge of ECU testing and validation methodologies.
- Experience with test execution, defect tracking, test reporting, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
