**Myunghwa Mexico is looking for an experienced and highly motivated **Assistant Manager - Quality** to join our Quality Department.
**Key Responsibilities**- Support the Quality Manager in achieving departmental objectives and quality KPIs.
- Monitor customer complaints and coordinate timely resolution through 8D methodology.
- Review the progress of customer open issues and ensure effective follow-up with cross-functional teams.
- Validate corrective actions before customer submission to ensure effectiveness.
- Participate in customer meetings and provide technical support regarding quality-related concerns.
- Support QA and QC teams in problem-solving activities and quality improvement initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze quality indicators such as Customer Complaints, PPM, and Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ).
- Coordinate containment actions and track containment costs.
- Support internal and external quality audits.ISO/TS/IATF *****.
- Lead the plant certification for **** for Q1.- Act as Quality Manager during absences when required.
**Qualifications****Bachelor's Degree in**:- Mechanical Engineering- Industrial Engineering- Mechatronics Engineering- Manufacturing Engineering- Or related fields**Experience**- **5 years of experience(+/-)** in Quality Engineering within the Automotive Manufacturing Industry and quality systems- Experience working directly with automotive customers, Ford is a plus.
- Experience leading problem-solving and corrective action activities.
**Technical Knowledge**- Machining and Casting a plus.
- IATF ***** requirements.
- APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA and SPC (Core Tools).
- GD&T; and Engineering Drawing Interpretation.
- 8D Problem Solving Methodology.
- Root Cause Analysis.
- Quality KPIs (PPM, COPQ, Customer Complaints).
- Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- ERP systems (preferred).
**Language Requirements**- Advanced English (written and spoken).
- Korean is a plus.
