Performs basic activities to assist in manufacturing and assembling various products per established facility processes including set-up, calibration, testing, maintenance, and production operation.
**Job Requirements**:- Conducting basic equipment calibration, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, spares, and sustained production.
- Operating basic production equipment and tools in the manufacture, assembly, and packaging of various products.
- Following blueprints, guidelines, diagrams and schematics to ensure product and customer specifications and tolerance levels are met.
- Assisting as part of manufacturing team in modifying existing equipment or designing new equipment for continual manufacturing process improvement, as well as quality control and in-process production testing.




**What your background should look like**:Typically requires 3-4 years or more of related work experience.Requires high school diploma.Completion of an AA degree or equivalent is preferred.
