Job Description:
At ArcelorMittal International, our people are at the center of our success. We are looking for a proactive and creative HR Specialist who will help enhance the employee experience through employee engagement initiatives, communication activities, HR operations, and people data management.
Working closely with the international HR team and business stakeholders, you will contribute to creating an engaging workplace, strengthening our employer brand, and supporting HR processes across the organization. Your Responsibilities
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Support employee engagement, wellbeing, and recognition initiatives.
- Coordinate employee surveys and help translate feedback into meaningful actions.
- Contribute to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Communication & Employer Branding
- Create communication content for newsletters, intranet, LinkedIn, websites, and other digital channels.
- Support employer branding initiatives and social media presence.
- Coordinate the creation of videos and multimedia content for onboarding, communication, and promotional purposes.
- Help manage and continuously improve website content and visibility.
Learning & Onboarding
- Design and maintain onboarding programs and learning paths for new employees.
- Create and update learning materials, guides, and digital learning resources.
- Support learning and development initiatives across the organization.
HR Operations & Data Management
- Support key HR administration processes throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Maintain employee data and ensure data quality within HR systems.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and people analytics to support business decisions.
- Contribute to HR digitalization and continuous improvement projects.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
- First experience in HR, communication, employee engagement, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and reporting tools.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with HR systems, Power BI, content management platforms, or digital learning tools is a plus.
- Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.

About the Team:
ArcelorMittal International is the Group global commercial and services entity involved in three specific domains:
- Export Sales: AMI acts as the global commercial international sales and marketing arm for the ArcelorMittal's mills seeking to sell their products into regions beyond their domestic markets, operating a network of representative offices covering Asia, North America,
Central and South America and CIS regions. Sales range between 3 to 4 million tons annually and
1.5 bn $ in revenue. * Sourcing: purchase of steel, non-ferrous and raw material products from third party sources for ArcelorMittal Downstream Solutions business divisions and other Segments, using its wide network, extended reach and good understanding of the global markets. Creating value to the Group by eliminating 3rd party channels and traders. Sourcing is a growing business lines of ArcelorMittal International, which is set to reach close to 1 million tons by 2025.
- International Commerce Trade Finance Services: ArcelorMittal International's strengths on trade, trade finance and its unique financial products are available to its partners within the Group - ArcelorMittal Downstream Solutions business divisions, Group mills and European Procurement Organisation, benefit from improved cashflows, quicker turnaround and efficient management of exports documentary flows. Constantly growing from $100 million its aim is to reach and sustain a level of 0.5bn $ annually by 2021.
ArcelorMittal International has a network of representative offices in 18 countries and that operates through the support of 2 financial platforms - Luxembourg/Antwerp and Singapore to carry out its activities. The central management functions seat in Luxembourg.
