Job Description:

Join a dynamic finance transformation team where you will drive process excellence, automation, and digital innovation to improve how Finance operates. This role combines Finance, Data Analytics, Lean methodologies, and emerging technologies to create scalable solutions, enhance decision-making, and increase operational efficiency across key financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead process improvement and automation initiatives to simplify, standardize, and optimize finance operations.
- Develop digital solutions using tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, and Power Platform technologies.
- Design and maintain data models, databases, dashboards, and reporting environments that support business decisions.
- Partner with Finance, IT, Digital, and Operations teams to deliver impactful, scalable solutions.
- Improve data governance, reporting standards, and process documentation to ensure sustainability and consistency.
- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies, including AI-driven solutions.

Skills

Technical & Analytical

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
- Hands-on experience with data management and ETL concepts such a SQL databases, Python (or similar programming languages), and business intelligence tools.
- Dashboard development using Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of data visualization best practices and KPI design.

Process Excellence & Business Improvement
- Knowledge of Lean, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Ability to identify inefficiencies, redesign processes,



and implement sustainable solutions.
- Experience automating recurring activities and driving standardization across organizations.

Collaboration & Leadership
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence change and effectively collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Project management, prioritization, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical business solutions.
