This is a once-in-a-career opportunity to build financial infrastructure that will scale across Latin America and fundamentally change how schools operate.What youll leadYour focus will be on building a best-in-class financial visibility and reconciliation experience for schools.You will lead the product vision and execution to:Deliver a clear, end-to-end view of the financial lifecycle:InvoicingCollectionsPaymentsDisbursements and cash receivedCreate customer-ready financial reports and exports that schools can independentlyunderstand, validate, and trustDefine consistent financial concepts, sources of truth, and reconciliation logic across the platformEnable month-to-month reconciliation—even in the presence of advances, cut-offs, andPartner with Design to make complex financial data intuitive for non-finance usersCollaborate with Engineering to build scalable data models and systems that supportsaccuracy and transparencyWork with Finance and Ops to translate operational complexity into simple, productized experiencesWhat youll do day to dayIdentify the most valuable opportunities to improve financial clarity for schoolsDefine product solutions and work with engineering and design to deliver themPartner with customer teams to understand how schools use financial reports in practiceOwn the roadmap for reconciliation and customer-facing financial reportingBalance near-term improvements with long-term platform foundationsWho you areWere looking for a product leader who combines strong productjudgment with financial systemsfluency.7+ years of product management experience with a track record of shipping impactfulproducts3+ years leading fintech, financial operations, billing, or accounting/reporting productsStrong finance systems fluency: you understand reconciliations, AR workflows, financial reporting, and can model complex financial flows across systemsExperience building dashboards, reporting tools, or accounting software that users loveTechnical fluency: comfortable with APIs, data models, ETL pipelines,
