We are seeking recent graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Law or related fields who are passionate about the healthcare business. Adecuado candidates should have a strong interest in contracts management, possess advanced English proficiency, and demonstrate at least an intermediate level of Portuguese or German. In this role, you will ensure contracts are created, reviewed, and executed accurately and in compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage contract lifecycle from intake, drafting using standard templates, redline review, e-signature, amendments and system upload.
- Populate business terms and confirm contracting parties (experts or employers).
- Proofread and review contracts for accuracy and policy alignment.
- Route contracts for signature and maintain organized, audit-ready records.
- Collaborate with legal teams to review redline requests, facilitate amendments, and execute approved changes.
- Support the adoption of automation tools and technologies to improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Degree in law or related fields with practical experience in contract review through internships or professional practice.
- Advanced English level & additional languages such as Portuguese and /or German.
- Desirable knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent organization, time management, and multitasking abilities.
