The Accounts Payable Specialist -Invoice Processor reports to the Accounts Payable Operations Manager (located in the Mexico City) and provides support in functions related to Accounts Payable. AdHoc Tasks/Projects as needed

Able to speak, read, and write English fluently
Comfortable speaking English with management and vendors
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field, from an accredited college.
Skilled in Excel (Pivots & formulas) and other Microsoft Office applications
Desirable experience with Concur and/or Salesforce
Experience maintaining sensitive data
Attention to detail, planning, and a sense of urgency are key
