At Intugo, we partner with a foreign company specializing in healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) and technology-enabled patient services. We are currently seeking a Contact Center Specialist who will serve as the first point of contact for patients and customers, providing professional support, coordinating appointments, resolving inquiries, and helping deliver a positive patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
Answer high-volume inbound calls from patients, providers, and healthcare consumers in a professional and courteous manner.
Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments.
Provide accurate information regarding healthcare services, providers, locations, and procedures.
Verify patient demographics, insurance information, and registration details.
Meet performance expectations for quality,
productivity, attendance, and service levels.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree and Professional License (Cédula Competente)
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Previous experience in customer service, contact centers, healthcare, or patient access.

Monthly Salary: $19,500 MXN
