As a Dynamics CRM Consultant, you will play a key role in analyzing business models, designing efficient processes, and delivering innovative solutions through Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Your expertise will help organizations optimize operations and enhance customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

Act as a Business Analyst and subject matter expert for Dynamics CRM projects

Evaluate current business models and define future state solutions aligned with technology

Lead workshops with stakeholders to collect and document business requirements

Develop detailed process maps and workflows

Collaborate with development teams to ensure business and technical alignment

Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure deliverables meet business expectations

Train and support end-users to facilitate adoption and ensure solution effectiveness

Make key decisions, support cross-functional collaboration, and contribute to strategic outcomes

Must-Have Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.





5+ years of technical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O;).

5+ years of experience working within an CRM team.

Advanced English proficiency.

Proven ability to develop, customize, and implement D365 F&O; solutions.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles

Expert-level knowledge in

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce Functional

Strong experience in Requirements Analysis, Agile Methodology, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Functional and Technical)

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

English proficiency at an advanced level

Must be a team player, proactive, responsible, and highly committed

Location & Schedule:

Hybrid work from Mexico City, Monterrey, and Coahuila.

Remote work from Guadalajara.

Work hours Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00

Advanced English skills are mandatory

Only residents of GDL, MTY, Coahuila, and CDMX.
