As a Document Control Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all documentation associated with Siemens Energy Factory Expansion projects is properly governed, controlled, and maintained throughout the project lifecycle. You will establish and oversee document control and records management processes, ensuring that safety, quality, engineering, construction, commissioning, and commercial documentation remains compliant, traceable, audit-ready, and aligned with Siemens Energy governance standards. Working closely with project teams, contractors, and key stakeholders, you will enable disciplined project execution while supporting Implementation Assurance objectives and Siemens Energy's Zero Harm ambitions.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Define, implement, and enforce document control standards and procedures across Factory Expansion projects.
- Manage document workflows, including naming conventions, version control, approvals, metadata management, and retention processes.
- Oversee documentation throughout engineering, construction, EHS, quality, commissioning, and handover phases.
- Maintain evidence repositories supporting audits, KPI reporting, and Implementation Assurance activities.
- Monitor compliance and drive corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Train and support project teams, contractors, and suppliers on document control processes and tools.

What You Bring

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Information Management, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in document control within industrial or capital project environments.
- Experience supporting factory expansions or large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of EPC environments and project governance documentation.
- Document Control Tools Subject Matter Expert.
- Strong governance and compliance mindset with high attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Effective stakeholder communication and coordination skills.
- Structured and process-driven working style.





About the team:

The Implementation Assurance team supports Siemens Energy Factory Expansion initiatives by providing governance, compliance oversight, and project assurance throughout the project lifecycle. The team works closely with Project Managers, Construction Managers, EHS, Quality, PMO, Commercial teams, contractors, suppliers, and site operations to ensure successful project delivery.
