Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Staffing Representative to join our fast-paced remote team. In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment pipelines, verifying credentials, and placing top-tier medical professionals into active facility roles.

Responsibilities:

- Actively source and recruit registered nurses and allied health professionals through specialized job boards.
- Review applicant resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess clinical candidate fit.
- Ensure rigorous candidate compliance, verifying active licenses, certifications, and background checks.




- Update and maintain highly accurate candidate records within the internal database.

Requirements & Skills:

- Healthcare Staffing Background: Mandatory prior experience in healthcare staffing , recruiting coordination, healthcare or senior care appointment setting and compliance screening.
- High-Volume Outbound Sourcing: Strong ability to handle outbound calls and manage a high-volume candidate pipeline.
- Candidates MUST possess advanced English communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Applicants are required to submit an updated resume written in English to be considered.
