Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable Recruiting Manager (Healthcare) to handle end-to-end recruitment operations. In this role, you will conduct active phone outreach to healthcare professionals, manage candidate pipeline tracking, facilitate background checks, and lead/mentor incoming team members as department goals scale.

Responsibilities

- Perform frequent outbound calls to healthcare professionals promoting career and job opportunities.
- Manage daily healthcare recruitment operations and track candidate applications and background checks.
- Monitor team performance metrics to ensure target coverage needs are met.
- Train, mentor, and guide incoming recruitment team members on best outreach practices.
- Apply creative sourcing approaches to address complex staffing shortages.

Requirements & Skills

- Outbound Recruitment Proficiency: Proven ability and comfort conducting frequent outbound calling campaigns to candidates,



pitching roles, and driving candidate conversions.
- Healthcare Staffing Background: Direct experience in healthcare recruitment, staffing coordination, or recruitment operations.
- Bilingual Language Proficiency: Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required, with advanced English speaking and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with US-based stakeholders.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in applicant tracking, background check processing, and database candidate tracking platforms.
- Professional Background: Stable work history showing strong ethics, professional phone presence, and capability to train incoming employees.
- Core Traits: Reliable, responsible, professional, detail-oriented, willing to learn, striving for success, independent, and possessing excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Resume Requirement: Must submit an updated resume in English.
