Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project delivery or project management.

Technical Skills:

- Proven experience in IT project management within Agile environments and cross-functional team leadership.
- Ability to define and document requirements through user stories, backlogs, and estimates.
- Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools for backlog management and project tracking.
- Understanding of application development and digital solutions delivery.

Personal skills:

- Strong organization, attention to detail, and customer focus.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
- Service-oriented approach and ability to prioritize in complex international environments.





Main responsibilities:

- Support Product Owners in defining and validating business requirements.
- Coordinate project delivery from planning through implementation.
- Ensure requirements are translated into complete user stories and managed within Azure DevOps.
- Monitor project progress, risks, delivery KPIs, and stakeholder reporting.
- Ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations and company standards.
- Promote Agile methodologies and continuous improvement across delivery teams.

Lenguages: Fluent in English (spoken and written); French is a plus.
