Job Overview: We are seeking an active, bilingual Appointment Setter (Healthcare) to join a team specializing in staffing solutions for the senior care field. In this role, you will lead proactive candidate outreach, making continuous outbound calls to healthcare workers to pitch open shifts, confirm availability, and manage assignment placements.

Responsibilities:

- Execute continuous outbound sales calls to healthcare professionals to pitch open senior care shifts and assignments.
- Assess worker availability, match candidate skills with active staffing needs, and confirm placement commitments.
- Guide candidates through early-stage onboarding, credential collection, background checks, and compliance tracking.
- Overcome candidate objections and rejection on cold and warm outbound calls while keeping call metrics high.
- Log all candidate interactions,



application statuses, and call activities accurately in software databases.

Requirements & Skills:

- Bilingual English & Spanish: Must possess advanced English and Spanish communication skills (written and verbal).
- Senior Care / Healthcare Background: Direct experience in senior care staffing, healthcare appointment setting, or medical recruitment (strongly preferred).
- Outbound Phone Comfort: Demonstrated ability and comfort placing high-volume outbound phone calls to medical personnel.
- Phone Sales & Closing: Background in outbound phone sales, recruiting, or phone-based customer acquisition with strong closing abilities.
- Software Skills: Experience using candidate tracking tools, CRM/telecom platforms, and compliance workflow software.
