Overview

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with strong SAFe Agile expertise to lead Agile teams and support the delivery of high-quality products using Scrum, Kanban, and scaled Agile practices.

Key ResponsibilitiesScrum & Agile Delivery

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and SAFe guidelines.
- Monitor sprint commitments, velocity, quality, and delivery.
- Partner with Product Owners to maintain and refine the product backlog.
- Support estimation, story splitting, capacity planning, and PI Planning.

SAFe Framework

- Participate in PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, ART-level syncs, and Inspect & Adapt sessions.
- Align team deliverables with the Agile Release Train (ART) roadmap.
- Coordinate dependencies across teams, System Architects, and Product Management.
- Ensure teams follow SAFe processes and maintain ART readiness.

Team Coaching & Leadership

- Coach teams on self-organization, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Identify and remove impediments and blockers.
- Promote transparency, trust, accountability, and effective teamwork.




- Encourage Agile engineering practices such as CI/CD, DevOps, and automated testing.

Stakeholder Management

- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and cross-functional leaders.
- Facilitate communication and alignment between Agile teams and stakeholders.
- Support teams and leadership in identifying risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAFe Agile and Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
- Experience with Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience with PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and Inspect & Adapt.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams.
- Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, and automated testing practices.
- SAFe certification is highly preferred.

Sueldo: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 al mes
